Our services
We supply and install flooring and interior products, including SPC flooring, vinyl flooring, wall panels, and related interior solutions, for residential and commercial customers.
Quotations
Quotations are prepared based on the information and measurements available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed with you in writing before work begins. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.
Orders and scheduling
Work is scheduled once the scope, price, and timing have been agreed with you in writing. Any timelines we mention are estimates and can be affected by material availability, site conditions, or other factors outside our control. We will keep you informed of any significant changes.
Materials
Colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly between samples, product batches, and installed materials, and images on this website are illustrative. Your chosen materials will be confirmed with you before installation.
Payment
Payment terms, including any advance payment, are agreed with you and stated on your quotation or invoice before work begins.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Costs already incurred for materials or work completed may apply, and will be explained to you.
Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to the value of the products and services supplied under the relevant order. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable UAE law.
